2023-12-24 12:30:41 +0000 UTCThe philosophical argument is interesting; the Dragon is arguing from a position of "if you are able to solve a problem, you are morally responsible to do it", which is how the Western political philosophers would see it. However, mathematical induction is a bitch here - for every problem you do solve, there's a n+1, so where does this end? Where do you stop solving other people's problems from an infinite pool of problems that are probably self-generating? The Eastern philosophers would advocate for a detached approach, where you are not morally responsible for solving problems you can solve; you are morally responsible for being the solution others can choose.
