Don’t Liches in a lot of stories have a phylactery? You can kill them as many times as you like, but as long as the phylactery is not destroyed they’ll revive. It’s also a thing in Salvos written by the same author. Amelia vaporized the Lich but she probably didn’t harm its phylactery.

Also those imbued with its power to resurrect but none of those were over killed by Amelia and instead it was Noelle who wasn’t as thorough. But it should be theoretically possible for them even if it takes time since Amelia is too thorough.
