The question is if time passes in this dimension in the way it does/doesn't in the fractured realm. Part of the reason everyone Amelia knows is dead or so old is because of where she spent her sort-of time.

My thought behind the reasons are that the world system simultaneously fears and wants to recruit Amelia but not at the cost of making her an enemy(this is of course under the assumption that the world system can think for itself instead of just following a pre written program. I believe that Fal Deus heavily implied that such a thing was true. For Fal Deus I personally think that he is aware of his inability to beat Amelia in combat and as such never brings her u for similar reasons. A person who through a combination of hard work, talent, and constantly fighting for her life was able to surpass the strength of the two true gods who rule of these two factions. This means he won’t inform his followers of her and if they become enemies with her he will immediately assume they will die and make a convincing effort to everyone but Amelia before beating a hast retreat and leaving that person to die as a way of saying I didn’t do anything kill this guy and stay out of the void I don’t want you to enter my prison ever again. Basically if I’m in the void pretend I am giving the person power but not give them that much or at least not enough cause Amelia o assume her is making a move against her and get himself killed again. Once he is fully out is when he can have any sort of battles but when she can cut a planet busting attack in half out a casual wave of her sword then maybe don’t try to truly kill her until you are able to prevent the world you are fighting over from outright being destroyed by a casual attack.
