My Second Futures Bet For NBA Playoffs

Just placed a very small NBA finals vs bet on Minnesota Timberwolves vs the Boston Celtics for +145 on FanDuel.

This will be my last "future" bet for the NBA finals in hopes it cashes to make back the original future of Nuggets over Celtics for +530 that most likely won't hit after seeing what the Wolves have done to the Nuggets at home in Denver the first two games.

I had a great first round in the playoffs so I am not too worried on losing a few future bets. However, when I started to look at who might win I used a very specific pattern that has already hit twice this year, the Back 2 Back narrative, and the #1 seed vs the #3 seed.

Both Chiefs and UConn were back 2 back winners but also it was the #1 vs the #3 in the championship games.

At this point the back 2 back narrative in the NBA doesn't seem to be there for the Nuggets, especially after watching the first two games against Wolves, and Wolves look like they about the sweep Nuggets fairly easily.

But with that said, The Nuggets were the overall #3 team for the NBA but the Wolves are the #3 seed for the Western side and can play the #1 seed Celtics from the Eastern side.

That is my thoughts as of now.. If Nuggets make a comeback over Wolves, great, if not, it is what it is and Wolves vs Celtics are my next pick. The Eastern side doesn't have a #3 seed, Bucks eliminated first round, so my only East Side pick is Celtics.
