It's the GT-185HD. I have downloaded/installed the newest driver and also tried old versions but currently on the newest one. It installs to a strange location and I'm having trouble with the driver itself. For example the pen pressure test does nothing at all. I've got the monitor to recognize the pen now but no pressure levels. When I try to set the size control on a brush to pen pressure it gives me a warning that a pressure sensitive tablet must be used (which I respond with "no shit?" why don't they state the obvious?) The company has just replied with some non-helpful suggestions, none of which helped, I've replied back with some screenshots and waiting to hear back from them again. Oh BTW the "Support Tablet PC" option didn't work and there is no cursor box in the advanced settings. The driver program is actually very feature-lite and simple, not much to do there. Some random info relating to other users solutions to similar issues. May not necessarily be the fix for this tablet: 1) Go into the tablet driver settings, click on the support tablet PC. Go into the advanced settings and made sure the cursor box is checked. Then hit OK, get back to the main settings screen, hit apply, and then OK. 2) Some people were unaware the pen needs to be recharged. Doubt this is the problem here... 3) Someone found the issue was their pen died. They ordered a new pen, and it worked fine. Given the situation, I doubt the pen died at the same time as the Windows re-installation. Could rattle off a few more, but knowing the model number of the tablet would help trim the list down. Also, a clean install of the appropriate Huion drivers would be the best place to start.

What is the model of your tablet? It appears that a common issue for Huion tablets, is Windows prioritizing native (non-Huion) drivers, which has a tendency of causing some issues. Some of the solutions I found can vary depending on the model. Yeah that's Cory :) I feel like I've asked too many questions of Sephir, he might not think so but I feel like I should ease up on the tech questions. Besides this seems like it's something the company should know how to fix. I remember having this problem before but don't recall what I did to get it fixed, I just remember that it was very difficult to find a solution back then so I'm just aggravated. This will all get fixed one way or another, it has to!
