House Arrest

His latest trick was stealing a necklace from a girl he liked and leaving a fake ransom note. But, when he tried to do the fake ransom call and demand she pay for the necklace's return with a date to the movies, she just said, "Keep it," and hung up.
The guys were sympathetic.
That night, he had dreams twisted with visions of kitchens, aprons, and an overwhelming, intense rod of heat burrowing into his groin. The next morning, he awoke sweating, his hips aching, chest tingling. At first, he thought it was a hangover. But when he tried to pull on his usual clothes, nothing fit. The necklace throbbed, glowing brighter with every attempt to deny his predicament. By midday, he was frantically cleaning the apartment, driven by urges he couldn’t explain, terrified by the swelling curves beneath his shirt.

To get a proper curse, it helps if you're a bit of a jerk. Otherwise it's just not as satisfying.
