Sidon x Link Sketchpage [Creampie Version]

I'm splitting this sketch page into two parts so that any patrons who don't want to see Oviposition don't have to! Both posts will share identical text and both will include the "dry" versions of the sketch page so you're not missing anything but copious eggs.

Sometimes in life you're overambitious and it bites you in the ass. I'm not going to lie to you, I'm not happy with Sidon. I've never drawn him before and it shows, but I definitely want to draw him more and figure out how to make him more monstrous. I often forget, and this is a constant struggle for me, that I can break rules. That I can stylize more. That I can abandon anatomy or gravity for the sake of appeal.

This whole page was a struggle. I fought Link's face(s) for forever. I fought Sidon's frills and fins for too long. I avoided working on this for far too long because it felt like gnashing my teeth together. Just went to check how long Procreate recorded this page as having taken, because it felt like too long – It was only a little more time than I ended up spending on the Uriancred shibari piece. So I've been called out on my dramatics.

I loved drawing all the fluids though! Excited to take a little break to start some paintings. I'll come waddling back with those in a bit.
