M1 Mac Mini purchased, making macOS ARM64 builds available

Thanks to everyone's Patreon donations, back around the start of 2022 we were able to purchase an M1 Mac Mini to create "Apple Silicon" (ARM64) builds. ๐
It took a long, long time - many months - to get the full process on Apple Silicon macOS worked out, but eventually we got there.
A special thanks is due to GitHub user @DingoBits, for in depth guidance and support to get notarization working. That was tricky. ๐
The end result is Apple Silicon macOS builds for both our stable v3.12.2 release:

If ARM64 based Windows starts to get popular, there's a decent chance this M1 Mac Mini will let us create builds for that too. With some further effort, of course. ๐
