I feel like I’ve been treading water for so long now but I do also have a feeling things are turning around. Slowly, but surely!
I’ve been taking lots of time to myself and my family and just working with my head down but it’s been great for my mental health! I have been doing a lot of knitting and picking up of new skills since becoming sober! All good things :)
