This missionary scene features updates to anatomy, including breast motion mechanics and lactation. Use your mouse to play with her tits to milk her. Her arms have the option to press her breasts together while you play, however, she currently can't move her arms away from her breasts afterwards, so you have a choice of hands free boob bouncing, or watch her hold them while you pound her. Lactation works for both arm potions.
