Yea that’s a hustle that some people use. You invite someone into your home and they refuse to leave or they will say you made threats or put hands on them. They’ll call the cops and try and have you removed from your own home. Sometimes people are arrested and now you have this strange person with free reign over your home. They’ll press charges and ask for an order to keep you out of your own home. Now if the order is granted you have to submit house keys and garage openers and continue to pay for utilities and other services. That can be enough especially if false to make someone go over the edge. If you do get back in your home after some time who knows what they’ve done to your home and the property you have inside. You have to be very careful who you allow in your home and around you. I got a woman’s phone number and the very next day she called and asked if she could stay with me for a while. I said no but I’ve seen desperate men that have said yes and it cost them.
