But my father talked about him and John Stallworth in his time back in college. Stallworth is from Alabama and went to Alabama A&M and my dad thought very highly of both him and Jerry Rice as well as Drew Pearson. As for Dak Prescott, people think Dak broke the bank, but he really didn’t. From my former professional perspective, Dak is a $30 million dollar a year QB, and that’s with inflation! The reason why Dak didn’t break the bank per-say, is because Dak’s deal starts next season where the Salary Cap will be low. It will take two full seasons for the NFL to come out of the shit, and eventually raise the cap back up to match the TV revenue money they lost in the midst of the Great Reset. So when the Salary Cap comes back to it’s former state, Dak will be looking to rework his deal, (assuming he outplays it) because this deal is a major discount, and no one (at least to my knowledge) is talking about that. In the next 3 years, the Cowboys can trade for or draft his replacement if he doesn’t work out or is too injury prone. This deal is a major discount, and Dak’s future cap number is one Jerry won’t mind eating. But we’ll see how this plays out because Jerry has 3 years to draft some studs on Defense, and 4 years to milk out of Ezekiel Elliott. Peace.
