That is not true. Crawford said haymon has worked with the hedge fund before and even offered a sit down. If Spence/PBC did not believe Crawford then why not call their bluff. At least meet for the sit down and weight the legitimacy of the offer. Common sense. Spence turned down 25 mill because PBC never had any intention of making the fight to risk their cash cow Spence considering they already lost Wilder. They need some type of “star” power AND THE BELTS to keep them afloat.
