$20 Tier Update!

So theres going to be a slight process change on priority commissions starting in January. I will start opening both public and priority openings at the same time. But dont fret because:
- I will give priority to commission forms submitted by $20 patrons guys (i.e. you will get picked before a public comm if selected)
- Priority commissions will still be completed before non-priority or public commissions
- Your discount still applies. HOWEVER, I will be dropping this discount from 25% to 20% so I can properly sustain this tier.
