In a last, desperate act for the year, I finally, finally finished a commission I've had sitting around since the original batch I took several years ago to try and shake off some emergency shit. It's only one small chunk of a bigger rock I'm still chipping away at, but it feels like a good ending to what's been a shit month and a shittier year.
I'm grateful to my client for their extreme patience, you have no idea.
I just hope this is the first step to better days and I'm not cursing myself again by saying all of this.
