Idol Underworld Update -Happy Valentine's Day Everybody!

It's SO much that to put it all on Facebook might be really difficult to do, given how much there is to actually discuss. So here you go. This post is FREE and open to the public, so there is no need to worry... I'm not going to hit you up for any cash, although while you're here... if you DO see something you like, please by all means, contribute... I still am far from my monthly goal and I need to reach that goal to be operating at a much higher level than I am now. So even a few bucks will help me, I promise.
Anyway, let's get into what's been up at Idol Underworld and what I'm doing currently, starting with new products added this week:
MERRY BAD END SPECIAL VALENTINE'S DAY CHEKI SETS!
So, me and the members were discussing some fun ways we could celebrate Valentine's Day here in Japan, and the girls decided to dress up as maids and do special chekis for a group cheki set. You'll receive three cheki... one of each member, with them dressed up as maids and doing fun things with their maid costumes! I enjoyed taking these sets, and the girls enjoyed getting dressed up, despite it being early in the morning. They even each signed the first FIVE chekis from their individual stocks, so that means the FIRST FIVE PEOPLE TO ORDER THESE SETS WILL GET ALL SIGNED CHEKI! I am not asking for more for these... it's just my way of saying thank you for supporting the group I'm currently working for and help develop. The girls also want to thank you and they do it with some seriously fun messages on each of the chekis. Also, the one cheki of Chihiro that I took which is signed... it might be one of my top five best ever taken cheki of any idol. I love it so much that I AM TEMPTED TO BUY it! That's how awesome it is... the cheki I'm referring to is on the top of the Chihiro pile in the image at IU. Satanic Punish's 2nd generation is about to debut next month and to celebrate this new formation, the group has almost finished recording and producing their 6th single. We're offering their new single as a pre-order that is EXCLUSIVE at Idol Underworld. They have no plans to release this digitally, so this will be the ONLY way you can get their music for the time being, at least. And as a bonus, IU is offering a special 5 member cheki set with each pre-order, or you can purchase a single cheki of a random member with the pre-order single. All orders will ship NEAR MARCH 7th, so if you order your single and also other items, please note that those additional items will ship with the pre-order when I ship out all the pre-orders. Kureha Cheki - These were taken on this past week's sponsored show by the group. Kureha is wearing a big rapper's hat and when I asked her why, she said she was inspired by Flavor Flav. She even wore a big clock necklace for the first part of ZP's performance that night. It was too funny. Some of the cheki have her wearing the hat. All of the cheki have her wearing the new ZP jacket. Pretty cool stuff.
Rua Cheki - RUA IS BACK! Let's show her some love by buying out her cheki! I was so happy to see her again after all this time. The cheki I took is from her return to the idol world, so these are very special!

Non cheki - restocked these since you guys sold them all out. AGAIN. Thank you so much! I met Non and talked quite a bit with her the other night and she couldn't be happier with how everybody is treating her. So she is going to be doing something special for all of you soon, and I can't wait to let you all know what's on the horizon with me and her working together!
Non Cyalume king blade- you guys sold these out pretty fast, as I only got a few from her... now she's given me 10 more... please get these before they, too, sell out. They are brand new and fresh from the factory!
Hanako San
Hanako cheki - I can't say exactly where these cheki are from, but let me just say that they are some of the best cheki I maybe have ever taken of any idol ever in my life! They are at a certain studio and just the way I was able to get the light from the outside reflecting on Hanako... I really got some AMAZING cheki of her! I really, really hope all of you will enjoy receiving them if you decide to support Hanako and pick some up. Please do! I'll be sure to mix in her new cheki with the remaining cheki I have left of her.

That's it for new items. As for news... well, next week, I'm meeting with an artist management company and I hope to get all of their idols on Idol Underworld. I am not sure what will happen but... I think it will go well! I am hoping for the best. Please hope for the same for me okay?
Also, My BIRTHDAY SHOW WILL BE August 22nd at Rokumeikan! It's an all day taiban, going from morning to night, and I plan to have a TON of idols there. Already I have a few committing, but I'll have the final schedule soon. I'm still waiting on a few things to finalize in terms of the headliners. Also, the theme for the birthday live will likely be some kind of fan war, where the craziest fans that day are going to receive some sort of prize. And of course, if you are a foreign fan, you'll also receive a discounted entrance ticket. Tickets will be available for pre-purchase on Idol Underworld once I get the lineup done! Stay tuned!

Everything is shipped out now... so all orders are good to go up to this point. Also, please do not follow when you check your order status and it says it's still updating. I often don't even check the updates in the actual website database until after I've shipped. So while you are thinking your order is just sitting around, waiting to be processed, it might actually be on its way to you in the mail! Please also be aware that sometimes there may be delays in shipping due to national holidays or if I have a particularly grueling live schedule I'm working. But I'll always let each of you know that your orders are on the way. And if you are still in doubt, just message me directly. I'm so happy to talk to each of you! Final thoughts:
You know, I was watching the Sopranos the other day, during a little lunch break I had. It was from Season 03, the Christmas Episode. There was a moment when Carmela was sitting on the couch, staring at the gigantic fucking tree that was in their living room, when Meadow comes home and sees her mom just staring at the tree. Christmas music of some kind was playing in the background, the lights were all dim and proper for Christmas time, and it was just... I dunno, it got me thinking that I am soooo far away from that reality which used to be very much my reality. Too often the Italian family dynamic shown on the Sopranos, like with this moment that involved Carmela and the tree... I LIVED moments like that. All the time. And I just really miss those kind of moments here.
The weird thing is that, lately, I don't think I'm feeling quite alone as much as I used to feel. I still haven't found anyone, but that's okay, since I'm so busy anyway now that I haven't had much time to think about anything except what I'm going after, whether it's to do a live and run a cheki line, work on my documentary and its editing, answering emails, trying to get new groups to join IU, dealing with the older groups on IU and making sure they are super happy with what I'm doing, getting people excited to support groups enough to buy their items (still bummed that I can't seem to motivate many of you to buy Odoro's arm bands or more cheki from them, or more from Satanic Punish. I need to try harder). In so many words...
I have no life.
But this sounds too much like a complaint. So maybe it would be better to say that I am super busy but in the groove and the flow of things. On any given day here in Japan, I could be texting a producer, or having a conversation with an idol, or taking cheki of idols in an idol group, or having amazing conversations with fans of idols. I've seemed to have traded in kind of my old life for this really... DIFFERENT new experience. Is it good or bad that this has happened? I'm not sure, you know? I miss the things like Sunday dinners with the family, going to a Penguins game with my brother Dominic, or drinking all night on Christmas Eve with my sister Gina, or watching comedy specials and Game of Thrones with my brother Frankie and my sister Marleen. But then again, I am now working with some of the greatest and most beautiful and interesting people in the world. And some of the nicest people too (and also some of the really NOT so nicest, but we'll save that for a tell all book that I'll maybe write after I"m long gone from the idol world, which hopefully never happens in this lifetime. Which means, sorry, but you probably ain't never gonna find out who I'm talking about... lol). It would be nice to go back home and see my family for a little while, but I don't want to even be away from Tokyo for a single day, since I am SO busy here doing all these things with idols and with the idol bunka here... you are forgotten if you are not around and showing your face to everybody. Especially my white face... it's easily forgotten just as it is easily remembered too when I am around. I do enjoy when I can walk into just about any venue that has idol shows and the staff almost NEVER gives me a laminate to identify me as staff... because I stick out big time! That's why I also save the laminates I do get, in case you were wondering when you see my cheki bag and other things I've slapped old laminates onto. Or maybe that's just the old guitar player spirit in me being invoked by the smell of yet another live house that I'm dwelling in nearly every single day of the week.
Anyway, I am hoping to meet somebody to have fun with soon. As if that will happen, but you never know. I am also hoping to really continue doing what I do, but it all comes down to money, as in I need more money now than ever before. My bank account funds got totally depleted, as I said they would, back in January... so I'm running on fumes at this point. The bigger projects I'm doing this year, like the photobooks... they have a chance to be something more akin to a residual income if people buy them, or at least buy them when they initially come out for sale. But I still am really needing to get more income or just a few huge chunks of cash to come my way, so this way I can really breathe easy here and do the things I want to do. Like, for example... I want to put together a big festival in Europe for Idols... and I can do this since all the idols I work with trust me very much to take them to Europe... but how can I do that without the kind of money needed to do that? So... yeah, if anybody has 20,000 dollars lying around, I can make a decent sized festival happen in Europe and with some amazing groups too.
And then of course, there is my documentary... that I actually made some big progress with, and the second I get the trailer done, I'll be throwing up a kickstarter for that. My financial minimum on that will be around 32,000, but my big goal will be double this amount... which, if I get, I can do that Europe festival AND have money still left over to live off for a few months here in Tokyo. So if anyone wants to see some amazing things happen with idols overseas and also if anyone wants to support me, since I'm doing literally everything without a staff or anyone helping me directly, please contribute here.
