first of all, 'Fit hot guys have problems too' is one of my top 5 favourite songs of the show. at first I didn't appreciate Josh's body (he's a bit short for my taste) but during later viewing, I realised that yes, he's extremely athletic and looks amazing. I am a bit fan of White Josh, though - to me, he's the most attractive of the 3 gentlemen when it comes to overall body composition, definition... and also, honestly, his sarcastic sense of humour :D I cannot wait for you to watch the last episode of season 4 - it will be so much fun to see your reaction!
