WOW! That last episode especially had me hooked! That fight scene was beautifully animated and Thors was such a BADASS throughout these four episodes that I'm really sad that he got killed in the fourth episode! He has a likeable personality of someone who experienced the horrors of war and knew what killing can do. So he decided to leave that behind and start living a more peaceful lifestyle. It's a real shame he's not the main protagonist but it definitely created a dramatic, heartbreaking scene and tone for the rest of the series. It seems his son Thorfinn will go on a vengeful hunt against Askeladd and Floki which makes things interesting.

The first three episodes were a bit of a slow burner but I really liked Thors as the initial main character. I'm glad I reacted to the fourth episode as I really needed to see how that fight concluded and know what the main plot really is about.

Sorry. Initially, this was supposed to be just a three episode reaction as I didn't know episode 3 would end in a cliffhanger but later on, decided to react to episode 4 to see that fight's conclusion and I'm so glad I did.
