It's the FINALE, I've finally finished season 1 of Demon Slayer and I've got to say that it's been an amazing series and I cannot wait to react to the movie and season 2 whenever they're released :D
Although, to be honest, for a finale, I expected more tragedy and melodrama to happen but these were still good episodes and sets up the plot for the movie and season 2 as Muzan wants Tanjiro dead the most.
It was good that we got to see more backstories of secondary characters like Shinobu and Kanao as it's always nice to learn more about other characters and it was sad to see that Kanao was a slave before, only to be saved by Shinobu and her older sister and also, it was sad that Kanae got killed by a demon which was the main motivation for Shinobu to become a Hashira.
Muzan Kibutsuji is probably the most terrifying villain that I've seen in any Anime. Dude literally just kills you in the most brutal way for being too weak :/ That is one merciless, brutal man/woman/thing.
It's also great to see Tanjiro so motivated to train and improve his abilities and I hope he gets to learn more Fire or Flame Breathing techniques in season 2 with the help of Rengoku. Also, the moments between Tanjiro and Kanao are really funny and sweet, I hope they become a couple lol.
