Hey guys here a questions for ya, do you think JRPGs should drop "J" in Japanese role play game? in light of Recent releases i.e (XenoBlade2) people don't seems to be in Favor of whole Anime feel of the game. Should the Japanese developers focus on making games with less of anime style to them or do you guys think that anime style can still bring going to future . also side question for mike since you're the story guy, do think an anime style game can hold back the story of game even if it was a very good story .

When you guys did your "Vagrant Story - First Look", were you playing it on the PS3, PSP, or PS Vita? I'm aware that on the Vita some PSOne Classics have input lag problems, but because I've looked online for any mention of such issues with the PSOne Classic version of Vagrant Story I'm left confused. Honestly, I do not think that I was having input lag issues in the game--because I would have experienced it throughout the playthrough--but I cannot help but be bothered by the game's time-pressed combo system. At the same time, it's obviously an old game so maybe they didn't nail the timing perfectly...but for me the experience has been game-breaking. I cannot enjoy the game at all because I cannot execute any combos. Still, in the back of my mind I wonder if I should just purchase a hardcopy of the game and play it on my PS2...but then my worry is if the issue is indeed just how the system is then I would have wasted money on a game that I should love but cannot due to it's time-pressed combo system.

Do you prefer it when games allow you to see/unlock everything in a single playthrough or when games have customizable experiences wherein choosing one path closes off another, requiring you to play through multiple times to see every cut-scene or quest? What do you think are the strongest cases for and against each design choice?

Have fan theories of games you have played in the past help make the game better or worse for you? Examples like Majora's Mask being the five stages of grief or all of Metal Gear Solid 3 being a VR mission.
