My current bucket list: -Mochi -Kobe and Akita beef -Durian (you guys just didn't react negatively enough :P) -Some kind of Scotch that's older than me -Guinness from a tap at St. James Gate -Some form of camel (sorry Joe) I recently found Choya umeshu in my local adult beverage dispensary so I was able to cross that off the list. I haven't actually finished the bottle so I haven't eaten one of the (3!) ume yet. But man it's like the sweetest Moscato wine on the planet with an extra pound of sugar added!
