I rode 2295 miles (3693km) in 68 different cars over 5 weeks.
The series is 27 episodes long and a total of 14 hours and 20 minutes long without the video endcards.

Yea, heading south will be very likely, into September and October north could be a bit too chilly at night if I get stuck outside, haha. I'm still trying to figure out how I can include more of the people who give me rides without being imposing. It's a delicate line for me. -Eric

2017-08-08 13:09:47 +0000 UTCI think hitchhiking the other direction would be great. Kagoshima/sakurajima are especially nice this time of year. There are a lot of sights in that direction as well (probably more than to the north?) Either way, I think hearing about the people who you met was what made the hitchhiking series interesting, if you were to do it again, not including that would be slightly disappointing.
