Maybe this is why strawberries don't melt. Hahahahaha.

2017-09-19 07:03:12 +0000 UTCThe ice cream is made with polyphenol which is extracted from strawberries. apparently, It binds water to oil, which for some reason makes the cream retain its shape (nothing could explain that part to me).
