Oh yea, I am SO sold on fresh vegetables. I was just shocked at how much flavor they have that they are always missing after having been shipped long distances! -E

We hardly realise the time that elapses when vegetables have to go through a distribution network. Vegetables fresh from the garden not only have more flavour but cook faster so the cooking process does less damage.
