Oh yea, self-serve is becoming a little more common. If you rent a car here (and you should to explore further off the usual path in some areas!) just make sure you have cash on hand for the fuel in case your credit card doesn't work. It's a weird chronic problem. Otherwise if you run into trouble the staff will always help, it's never a disaster. Btw, driving on the left side is no biggie, you adjust quickly. -E

But yea, I think the way that one worked (excuse my poor memory) was you put in more cash than you expect to need just to start the pumping and then get change from the machine? It's a goofy system really. Most fun is our credit cards never seem to work at gas stations and we have no idea why hahahah. -E
