Corvin Shower Scene (slightly..."steamy" shall we say?)

A little short, slightly risque short about Corvin and Nora, and a very steamy shower. 8D I've been really torn on including these risque shorts in the ebook and finally decided not to. And to post them for patrons instead! Enjoy! (Some of you may already have seen this one on Discord but it's also going here for posterity!

Water drummed on the back of Corvin's neck, sending rivulets over his shoulder and down his chest as it plastered his hair to him. The warmth was nice, but even with the water hot enough to leave his skin red and stinging, it couldn't quite get the tension out of his muscles. He rested one palm on the tiles in front of him and used his other hand to massage his nape - not that it really helped. 

It had been a tough day and his body was definitely letting him know it wasn't appreciated.

With a soft groan, he gave up on the self massage and tipped his head back, letting the water flow through his hair. Probably, he should just be grateful he got to have a hot shower after a long day at all instead of mentally whining that it wasn't relaxing him as much as he'd hoped. 

As he stood there contemplating whether he should give up on a shower and just soak in a hot bath, the bathroom door opened and he saw a familiar figure through the frosted glass. Smiling slightly, he poked his head out, gasping as the cold air struck his skin. If there was definitely one thing that could always help him relax...it was seeing her.

"Nora!"

She started at the sound of his loud greeting. "Sorry to bother you!" She said quickly. "I just needed..." She paused once she got a good look at him grinning at her from inside the shower, hair soaked back against his head, water dripping off reddened skin.

Her face went slightly pink though it wasn't the first time she'd seen him naked. But then, it was also a reasonably new aspect to their relationship. New enough she still got flustered sometimes. Which just made it all the more fun to tease her.

"I'll go!" she said quickly, trying to hide the adorable blush staining her cheeks. Corvin couldn't quite resist stepping out of the shower, in spite of the cold. And in two strides he'd already reached her, wrapping both arms around her to pull her against his chest.

"Corvin!" She struggled, but he held her tight.

"Oh no," he whispered, mouth right next to her ear. "Looks like your clothes are completely soaked."

"They're soaked because of you, thank you very much!"

The tips of her ears were almost comically red. His smile grew even wider as he scraped his teeth very lightly over the edge. "I think we need to get you in a hot shower to warm you up right away. You might catch a cold..." 

"Corvin..." The hoarse, warning in her voice didn't deter him at all as he pressed his lips just under her earlobe, then trailed nibbling kisses down her neck. A very soft noise escaped her but she was trying really, really hard to pretend it didn't. She'd gone completely rigid as if she was really trying to not react, so he couldn't help but tease her more. He actually thought she'd fight back when his hands sneaked up under the hem of her shirt, but instead she just sucked her breath in sharply.

In the fogged up mirror, he could barely see her profile - eyes wide, cheeks bright red. Heh.

"Come join me?" he teased.

"I h...had a shower this morning." Her voice caught as his hands slid over her rib cage and higher.

"Have another one."

"The...uh...the hot water is going to run out," she protested.

"Then we'd better hurry."

He didn't let her respond to that.

Instead, he slid her shirt up and pulled it over her head before she could protest. Though he didn't think she was going anyway, considering how easily she let him do it. His teeth flashed over his lower lip as she turned toward him - both shy and hesitant. The way her eyes travelled over his body definitely stirred up enough heat to counter the cool air. And Corvin he quickly tugged her closer so he remove the thin camisole she wore as well.

 Then it was skin on skin as he leaned to kiss her and get the rest of her clothes off. 

He backed carefully to the shower, pulling her with him. And when they were back in the steam and hot water, with the door shut, he briefly wondered how soundproof bathrooms were.

Not that he really cared all that much.

Nora had been right about one thing though. They did run out of hot water. 

Not that he cared about that either.
