Inflation with electrostimulation
Added 2023-04-22 18:00:04 +0000 UTCI'm in the middle of the cut phase, I absolutely have to train my abs so that they are clearly visible! But why not train my inflation capacity too? It was very intense and even painful at times but it was so exciting and fun. Let me know what you think with a comment π
