Did you have issues with Tiers after pledging in other currencies?

It has come to my attention that some Patrons had issues with accessing Tiers after pledging in Euro or British Pound. For example they would pledge 9.50 Euro and not be able to access Tier 1 rewards. I have already reported this issue to Patreon and am waiting for their response.
The questions is, did you have the same issue when pledging in other currencies other than the US dollar $ ? Also, did you encounter this problem with other creators?
Your answers will help pin point the problem, please vote if you pledged in Euro or British Pound.

Thanks for your swift and helpful response confirming that work to resolve this issue with Patreon is ongoing and enclosing useful information to help alleviate as far as possible the current situation. I'm posting this here to qualify and update my previous post so that others reading this will see that you are both receptive and responsive to our issues. 2020-11-08 15:29:58 +0000 UTCJoined Tier 1 on Nov 1st (paid £10.20). It's now Nov 8th and I still have no access to Tier 1 benefits. I have not experienced this problem with any of my other Patreon memberships. I consider myself a reasonable and patient Patron., however, this is money paid and at this point I feel, to say the least, pretty disheartened and disappointed.
