Rosewater Manor Episode 2 - Now available!

This is a huge one with 350 images and adult animations and tons of gameplay time. The initial plan was to stay around the 300 images mark but I got a little bit too happy about it and went overboard. As you know the game is in 1440p and higher resolution means more detail as well as more rendering time and it's very time consuming to go over 300 but looks like it happened.
This Episode bring a lot of story development, we get to know Jessica a bit better as well as Frida and also you can start an adult relationship with Billie if you wish it. Not only that but the stats accumulated thus far are starting to play a role and certain parts of the story are told a different way depending on these stats(mainly adult scenes). I would also like to mention that there is a hidden stat that won't be shown in the walkthrough and won't be mentioned again until it comes in effect. (surprise)
I am really happy with this Episode and how it turned out, however there might be a bug or a few misspelled words so please let me know if you encounter any issues with it.
IMPORTANT. The stats "NICE" "RUDE" and "NEUTRAL" only have an effect if they are dominant, meaning that being undecided gets you nowhere. For example if you have all three stats equal or around the same value that does nothing extra for the game. You need to have 50% + 1 in order to show extra content. Example : Rude 8, Nice 2, Neutral 2 means you get extra rude content, if you add up 8+2+2 you get 12 so 50% +1 means 7 and with RUDE 8 you get the dirty content. Same goes for the other two.

"size really doesn't matter, bigger is not better" as should always be, imo, the expectation. Good to know and thanks for taking the time to reply.

2022-09-16 17:02:40 +0000 UTCIf you have the saved from Episode 1 you don't need to copy-paste them. However if you saved the game on the "To be continued..." screen then you most likely won't be able to recover it. Simply download Episode 2 and and run the game, your saves should be present there without having to copy-paste them.

2022-09-16 16:53:12 +0000 UTCThe images in Episode 1 were not compressed because I wasn't satisfied with the process and the drop in quality so they were full size. In Episode 2 the images are compressed so the size on the disk is half that of Episode 1. In this case, size really doesn't matter, bigger is not better :)

2022-09-16 16:35:42 +0000 UTCDK I'm curious...Episode 2 is "a huge one" yet appears to be (a bit) less than half the size of Episode 1. Have you switched image formats or something, like say, jpg->webm, (if memory serves me correct) which is usually the case when the differential is so large, without any attendant drop in amount of content? If so, as webm, I assume, is a more compressed image format than jpg this would speed up the overall rendering process sufficiently to enable, when allied to your own customary expertise, industriousness and organisation, so large an Episode 2 to be brought to the table both neatly and completely within the usual deadline. As I said..."if so", then Bravo!!
