Her lack of experience and soft nature prevents her from taking charge in a serious manner. She mostly puts everyone else's needs in front of her own and tries to do good by everyone. She is a mystery, an unknown, perhaps even a wild card but you will get to know her better as the story unfolds. She has a big heart and a nice personality but she can get rough if she has to, as you found out in the first Episode. Perhaps we get to learn more and even see more of her in the next Episode...
