1st map of the month will be Dragonthorp - the first in the Hamlet series
2nd map of the month will be a 5 phase rising lava boss-type battlemap
The next settlement map will be a ghost Thorp with roaming mimic Werehouses in the surrounding forest, as suggested by Anstett

Ent Draft

Happy December everyone... the end of the calendar year is fast approaching, though, here in the southern hemisphere, it is sort of mid-year really, being as it is summer and all. (not that today, supposedly the 1st day of summer and only a few weeks from the longest day of the year, is making much of an effort to act like it where I am!)
I hope that you all have a great month, find some time to yourselves to contemplate the turning of the year and any plans for the next one, and maybe, if you are so inclined, enjoy some sort of revelry & celebrations....

I have a couple of maps that will be finished this month for sure and then who knows what else will happen. I am not trying to plan them at the moment, but is feels good to still be on track for an average of 2 maps a month for you all as I had hopped to manage.

1st Map of the Month: Dragonthorp

Dragonsthorp, suggested by SirLittleDragon, is a Viking settlement map and will be out as soon as I am able to finish exporting the variations and get it uploaded - which depends on how long my batteries last out.... could be today, tomorrow the next day... The weather is not cooperating today and is doing it's best to prevent the sun gaining access to my solar panels...
But sooooonest as I am permitted, it will be released into the wild

2nd Map of the Month

A 5 phase rising lava boss-type battlemap .... there are 2 phases so far, but that lava definitely has some more rising to do!

This one started out as another experiment with glowing heat in the dark, like the cracked rock one from last month.... and then I released there was potential for more mayhem if the amount of hot stuff expanded. "The floor is lava", except for the corners and the tops of the outer ring of rocks will be the last phase.

This will be out later in the month

The Second Thorp Map...

Once this 2nd Fire in the Dark map is out, I will be making a start on the next Thorp map. This one will be a ghost Thorp with roaming mimic Werehouses in the surrounding forest, as suggested by Anstett. ... and will probably be called 'Ansthorp' :-)

I don't have a sketch idea of it yet, once I do I will post a WIP.
It will probably be finished either later this month or early next month.

I am planning to have quite a bit of surrounding forest.... so if anyone has any suggestions for little Easter-egg locations in the forests, drop them in the comments or in the Thorps channel on Discord over the next few days, and I will see what I can do about finding them a spot :-)
