August Plots & Plans

Lots going on at the moment :-)

The next in the series of 6 tiny settlement maps based on suggestions by Defenders last October is an arid Savannah-lands fort and trading outpost suggested by Amberlane. It is set in 2 eras, 1000's of years apart. In the 2nd era map, it will all turn to ruins and desert...
1st WIP sketch is in the header above

There may or may not be another little settlement map before that:
I umm, might have become distracted and started playing with a little raggedy fort on 2 hills in a swampy area along a river last night....

The 1st series of the GeoCity tiles is finished with a total of 150 unique tiles.

The 2nd series of GeoCity Tiles:
Based on the ongoing patreon poll, it looks like the next series is going to be a a few sets of  city wall tiles. I will leave it a few more days to give myself a little break and then dive in.
I have ideas for walls with and without moats, with square & round towers and buttresses  and all sorts of different gates, walls around fancy gardens, parts of forts, walls with balconies on the outside to escape from....
Botherations. I was supposed to have a couple days off. Now there is a positive fireworks of ideas exploding out of whatever part of my brain cooks these ideas up.
Quickly moving on...

Region maps:
Last month I made another little region map in the top-down painted relief style for a Cartographers Guild challenge. And now have been commissioned by one of you wonderful Defenders for 2 more in their own world in the same style. So within the next month or so I will be able to post all 3 here for everyone to enjoy.

New InPRNT Shop
I finally got around to opening an art prints profile-shop on InPrnt for all my favorite settlement maps (poster versions without key). I have not put Olchamarth up yet because I am still trying to re-colour it to be slightly less luridly electric green...  And Otsutan is not there yet either. If I have missed one that you would like me to put up, let me know.

I know that most folk play digitally these days, and we have easy access to printers.
So this is for those who plan on spending a good amount of time in one settlement and would like a good quality print of it for the sake of good memories.
Print sizes start pretty small and go up to quite big. Practically enormous for some of them.

& I think that is everything...

Have probably missed something, it will come out of the woodwork eventually!
Have a great month everyone
