March Plots & Plans

- All going well, the March Map will be a floating islands/Realm of air settlement cluster
- There might also be another one set in the same landscape style as Tamrin Crossing & New Hope (we shall see what time allows)
The Slightly More Wordy Version:
Well, February happened! and we had that oh so wonderful day that was the 22nd of the 2nd 2022... AND, to top that off perfectly, it was a TUESDAY [2sday] ... I love it when dates line up so beautifully like that!
Besides that, February's maps, Tamrin Crossing and New hope were such cliffy fun to create! Changes in elevation is definitely becoming a 'thing' around here!
This month I am looking forward to my first expedition into the realm of air... Basically... floating islands... whole clusters of them! ... probably in about 3 layers because there is this changes in elevation 'thing' that needs satisfaction....
Rather than one big island, I want to make a bunch of smaller ones, with little ones around them. some solo, some as connected clusters, some more natural looking, some less natural looking (constructed). Some might have one house/structure, some might have a hamlet or small village. some might be 'wilderness' ... basically a bunch of different little settings that can be floating along together... randomly gathered together in a little eddy in the endless sky
I already have a bunch of ideas swarming through my mind... Even so, more ideas are very welcome... if you have any wild dreams for locations or island themes for the Realm of Air map... let me know and I will try to bring them to life... wilder the better! :-)
Time permitting, there may also be another map in the same landscape/style setting as New Hope & Tamrin Crossing ... This one is part way finished already and is a hall/manor with gardens inside its own oval shaped wall, with a small village outside the gates. It is set up on top of a cliff, with low marshy coastal land below, a river mouth, and a couple of small hamlets down there too.
I am thinking it will be called Hemlock Hall...
But I will consider other name ideas if you toss them my way ;-)
