Well, I actually made much of the comic before I decided that it was more or less a House of Dreams with no magic involved. I started with a plot line of a man in financial difficulties signing up for a clinical trial for the money. When creating the doctor, I figured that Nancy has a history with these things and it would make sense to update and use her. When I stepped back and looked at the result, it occurred to me that this could be considered a House of Dreams type of comic, so the title actually came last.
