Yes! Bii is half-beastfolk. Because the majority of people are beasts, shaving isn't a common practice, hence the untamed pubes. As for the earing, Asin's tassel is culturally related to foxes specifically. This earing is just a part of the celebration. Bii's love life is a bit troubled which is a part of the reason she works herself so hard as a way to distract herself.
