I may have said this before, but I definitely feel like this is a show that really benefits from a 2nd watch per episode to really grasp what is going on. So your approach with how you take notes and everything is great. I don't really have much else to comment on. Actually, this series as a whole I feel I've been avoiding commenting like I usually do, since I feel anything I would normally comment about could put focus on certain things, and I'd much rather you figure it all out by yourself.
