I've referenced the fact that Jinshi was hiding his identity from conversations he's had with Gaoshun and the hair pin before... but when I mentioned the younger brother being mentioned, the thing that comes to my mind is the Garden Party when it's mentioned that the Younger Brother left early and Jinshi is found wandering around outside the Garden Party later.

We've been dropped hints that Jinshi is hiding his real identity (ep7 & ep8 convos with Gaoshun/Jinshi), so I think it's safe to assume that everyone, barring a select few, believe Jinshi is just the eunuch Overseer of the rear palace.
