Making The Discord Server Public?

We've been debating this in the Discord Server, so I want to ask you guys - for you guys to enjoy your experience in the Discord Server more, would you want us to make the Discord Server public? And if the server was public, would you then remove your pledge?
I'm really asking so you guys enjoy my community to the fullest. I want you guys to have the best time possible, so I want your input.
I'm personally glad the server isn't public anymore, because in the past we had issues, but I wouldn't be opposed if that's really what everyone wants. Let me know!
