New Recording / Streaming Schedule + New Upload Schedule

Hey everyone! Just wanted to make this post to let everyone know what I’m up to! Patrons always have access to my schedule of when videos will be posted on YouTube, but some of you may not know my recording schedule.

For context, it was

Monday:

Kaguya Sama (1 Ep)

Since I had to upload and release Kaguya the same day I scripted and stuff on this day

Tuesday:

Morning - Theory/Discussion/Analysis

Afternoon - Twitch

Wednesday: FMA:B (4-5 EPs)

Thursday:

Morning - Theory/Discussion/Analysis

Afternoon - Twitch

Friday: Avatar (4-5 EPs)

Saturday:

Morning - Theory/Discussion/Analysis

Afternoon - Twitch

Sunday:

Day Off

This worked... but it also didn’t. It was too much of a burden for me to do a 40 minute Miraculous episode analysis & then stream. My reactions were going great but I’d either do the analysis video or stream, but I couldn’t manage both. I realized I need to switch up my schedule and re-balance my workload. Which means reducing in some areas, adding in some other areas and creating a schedule that’ll prevent me from being burnt out.

Here is my new plan:

Monday: Record reactions for the small anime (2-3)

Tuesday: Record reactions for the medium anime (2-3)

Wednesday:

Temporarily: Record analysis/theory/discussion videos

Permanently: Record reactions for the large anime (2-3)

If anyone’s wondering what Wednesday’s all about, I don’t want to start another long anime just yet. Instead I’m going to use Wednesday for pre recorded videos like my Miraculous Ladybug Episode Analysis’. Wednesday could also become a freebie day. For example, say on Tuesday some RWBY news comes out. Instead of recording my medium anime, I may need to put it aside to record said RWBY news. So Wednesday would instead become medium anime day.

Thursday: “Slice Day”, basically a day to make a separation between me recording and streaming and transition better.

Friday: Stream on Twitch

Saturday: Stream on Twitch

Sunday: Stream on Twitch

In the future, when I want to start a large anime on Wednesday again which will be in August after the RWBY news wave, instead of discussion videos having their own day, it’ll be balanced. Like two reactions two theories, or two reactions & 1 Miraculous analysis (because those are long). Basically it will turn into

Example:

Monday - Miraculous Morning, Small Anime Afternoon

As you can see I also moved streaming to be one block. I did this because I think it’ll be easier for me to go into “stream mode” for multiple days in a row instead of every other day, which really upset the flow. Also, parts of the world are returning to normal and viewship is highest on the weekend. On days when I stream I’ll probably be streaming from past 3 o clock until Dinner. Also, my evenings where I record are always reserved for uploading videos to Patreon and editing, so I’ll also be editing any gameplay reactions on those days.

Because of this new recording schedule, here’s how you can expect my upload schedule to be:

Monday: Miraculous DTA (Discussion Theory Analysis) & / or Game Reaction from the weekend streaming

Tuesday: RWBY DTA & / or Game Reaction

Wednesday: FMA:B

Thursday: Avatar

Friday: Madoka Magicia

Saturday: Movie Reaction (I owe y’all 4 as of right now) OR Game Reaction

Sunday: Movie Reaction (If the goal is hit) OR Game Reaction

This schedule will ensure that if there are 2 videos in one day, one will always be an DTA type video and the other video will be a reaction, whether it be a game reaction or an anime reaction. Because of the four movies I have to do I have Game reactions on Monday & Tuesday, the day we’d normally do a DTA video, but movie reactions won’t be permanent unless y’all make it happen and so they’ll be up on the weekend days instead.

ANYWAYS, I hope that all makes sense. This is to update y’all on what I’m doing but it also helps me to keep it all straight in my head. I hope you guys feel fulfilled by what’s to come from this new Summer plan!
