Autumn Stillness Guided Meditation

So this monster of a video is finally done. It's not exactly a monster, but sticking with the Halloween theme... It's really a soothing and relaxing guided meditation that's autumn themed. Courtesy of my insomnia.

The idea behind this meditation is to ease you into the feeling of detachment. I personally get stressed out very easily and it helps me to have a safe space from reality where I can't be affected by it. Underground, no one would come looking for me. I'd be safe. I like the feeling of just sinking into the earth as it symbolizes removing myself from all the stress and madness of reality.

I did my best to space the sentences to give you time to imagine what you want to. The worst thing ever is when they keep talking on without a break and don't let you get into it. Let me know if it worked. I think it could still use a little more room to imagine but maybe I'm just the slow type. Regardless, rendering takes 63 hours, so other versions will be added some time.

I have to go get ready for the livestream now but I just wanted to post this so you get to be all relaxed for October.

The vlog will be a bit late. I filmed one but I still have to edit it and I'm not gonna do it today. Just know that it's coming. I had multiple failed attempts.
