SHIKI - Lucy

Immeasurable amounts of suffering have created the most gentle-mannered undead soul. Are Shiki more like us than we thought? All this is happening in a city where Shiki have already taken foothold. Lucy sings at a classy-ish club for a living and blood is served in bottles like a fancy wine - except it's better than wine, because it's not wine. There is a daily menu and stuff.
This is not a sleep video. It's much more horror and far less relaxation, with some subtle ASMR sounds like you're used to from the rest of my videos. I really wanted to focus on the immersion of the story. The songs are SRC - Dying (beginning) and SRC - Automatic (end).
I have so much planned for the Shiki series... I'm still working on refining the plot for the sequel where Ray's friend wakes up. I'm gonna do another surprising Shiki video which will be relaxing, I promise. I bought almost everything I need to be able to film it tonight, but as I already got home it occurred to me that I want blood red candles for the background. Perfect opportunity to go to some more stores and try to get- oh no, I almost blew the surprise! You can't know about the secret video I'm making for you guys! Whew, dodged the bullet.

P.s.: This version is the second round of rendering. For the past 4 days I've been rendering the same video with a grain filter but I don't like how blurry it turned out. I had the filter at 30% and it still softened it this much. Thought I'd let you compare and tell me what you think. Should I omit the grain filter in the future?
Now we're gonna take a break from all the productive things we've been doing all day. I sleep like every other day at this point so fingers crossed I can manage to film the one video tonight before it's pizza night and we can party and chill. Got a different pizza this time - cheese and onion - it better be good.

Great video but I am more curious about how that onion and cheese pizza turned out. I have a tendency to sample unusual pizza combinations myself as well so might add that onto my shopping list. x) Thank you Esc/Ally rest easy now and Happy Holloween! P.s. What a fail on my part, I never posted what I wrote after watching the rest. Whoops! ๐ Ally, this is beautiful work. ๐ป Professionally lit, a tragic melancholy story told by a stunning singer with great triggers. I think your singing has gotten better over the years, what a voice! I know it's not easy to hit those notes like that. The brief scene with Rae at the end made me smile so big ๐ perma-grin all the way. Thanks to your awesome volume levels (I don't think you get thanked enough for that) you don't need headphones to enjoy this work of art. Bravo Ally, I look forward to any installment in the shiki series, should you choose to continue it (please do ๐คค).
