Most of us love animals but also eat meat. Unfortunately, most animals we eat live in truly horrible conditions. We don’t torture them for better meat, just for cheaper meat. If we all paid just a bit more, we could avoid most animal suffering – often just for a few cents per meal. What would it truly cost us to avoid animal torture and still eat meat?

2025-02-26 18:46:49 +0000 UTCbe careful on everything that comes to being a vegan, to hit your amino-acids effeciently (hit your protein) a lot of people miss that, so do your research, as said in the video if you watched it full, you can use things like mussels which are pain - free for them since they don't have pain receptors or even a brain. Though yeah, hitting your amino-acids for the day is very important for your well function of organs. I advice you to do further research and also, there are some things that meat helps that you will for sure need to supplement, you can search a list online like Omega-3 (fish oil) , Creatine , and more, just make sure you are informed and take a decision that is best for your health. Respects!

Also, imagine how much more affordable more-ethical meat would be if wages increased in line with productivity.
