This is Mikoto, a shrine maiden in BORN. She doesn't have the motorcycle anymore, but she is skilled with a bow. And a sword.

If it makes you feel any better, I think it looks pretty cool. Sometimes the difference between "good" and "bad" art is in the eye of the beholder.
