It became painfully clear that I wasn't going to have time to finish the whole thing the other day (that damn chair). Probably for the best. The composition is boring (I'd planned to crop it at more of a Dutch angle) and I needed to move/redraw the witch as she just seems disinterested in what's happening (definitely not the case). I still like the concept and will likely give it another go at some point.
Hmmm...if this is what a witch does at Halloween, what does she do for Christmas?

Witches and warlocks celebrate the birth of the Sun God, as from this point forward the days get longer. Wiccan celebrations include yule logs, yule trees and Mistletoe. Sounds a little like Christmas , huh!?! More on Winter Solstice.
