Weekly Update 07.15.2019...

...We’re already halfway through July? What the crap?! XD

We are bounding into Chapter 3 this week and it’s gonna be fun! Pages 2 and 3 are gonna take me a while (it’s a two page splash) so I’m going to focus on getting pages 4 and 5 done this week. If things keep going at this rate, we’re going to be able to start posting three pages a week come September, not just two (I’ll likely start with two a week and kick it up to three in October or November, just to make sure the schedule isn’t too much).

Thank you all again for making this possible. You’ve allowed me to cut my day job hours by almost a quarter. I may never be able to go full time pro, but I’m still living the dream making comics (and I’ve got a lot of stories and ideas to share)! :)

Our cat had some stomach issues last week. She’s all better, but her meal times are all screwed up and she now insists on waking me (not my wife, just me) at 5:30am every day to feed her (I usually get up closer to 7am). I wasn’t happy about this, but after two days I’ve discovered that I really like getting up super early; I can take my time to enjoy my breakfast and coffee and do some writing and drawing before I go to work! I’m also wide awake when I get to work, so that’s great! I need to go to bed earlier, but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make. :)
