I've been meaning to put this together for a long time, but figuring out the clipstudio pdf writer had a bit of a learning curve. Also, I didn't realize how unorganized my files are. Time to do some house cleaning. ^^;

Got a new PC (yay) and lost my PDF's, downloaded this pack and it seems like pages 20 and 21 are missing from chapter 7.

2024-06-15 17:01:55 +0000 UTCYep, from some private discussions I've had it seems few fans of the series are aware of it - even though it was leaked on e-hentai ages ago. In terms of emotional payload there isn't much I could add: the scene is beautiful, touching, and a marvelous example of why this work stands apart from the crowd. I do have some slight reservations regarding continuity, which make me wonder if the VD Special is canon. If it is then we're asked to accept that Ellie hardly remembered Meg at all after the birthday party, despite having written this fairly detailed note and drawing a picture of Meg in it. It's also a bit odd that she never suspected Meg of planting the invitation - which would be a fairly obvious conclusion given that Meg specifically asked to borrow the book, admitted to being a major bondage fan, and has a name that starts with M. But then again, I've always been the analytical/nitpicky type (I kind of deal with storylines and scenarios on a daily basis), and this is just splitting hairs, so I wouldn't obsess over it too much. ^_^ Oh, and regarding spoilers - can anyone here honestly claim they did not see *that* coming? ;)

2024-06-15 00:43:05 +0000 UTCI've noticed this quality issue with the previous PDF release too. Compared to the images used here on Patreon, the quality is frankly terrible. It's fine initially, but when you switch to the "1:1" setting, everything has this bad fuzziness to it, expecially the text. Given that you indicated using the PDF writer was difficult, I think PDFs should stop being used. Other comic artists I follow just use hi-res JPEGs, which don't have these issues. To be clear, I still love the content. I just feel like the decision to use PDFs is hurting it by reducing the image quality from what we get on Patreon.

2024-06-14 23:30:46 +0000 UTCI'm seeing a lot of jaggedness, tearing and just general reduced quality on these images, compared to what I see on Patreon. In my opinion, it would be better to have the pages as just plain hi-res JPEGs etc. PDF format just doesn't seem to be that good.
