I was confused about the multiple versions of pages 58 & 59 as well, although I was aware of the nonsense with Patreon (lost track of what page was what in the intervening time). But yes, the "correct" page 58 that leads to this one is on the DB you mentioned.

AFAIK, the author was appealing the decision but so far, there has been no updates. You can however find a dropbox link to page 58 somewhere here.
