I love the idea of this sort of thing happening to someone who is really an abdl. Maybe a major advocate for regression is caught wearing diapers or masturbating to diapers. The mommies are having tea at a friend’s house and they find a bunch of homemade diapers, and they think the friend is making these diapers as a surprise for the mommies, but they’re really for her. Identical twin sisters, one is a diaper fetishist the other isn’t. The one who likes diapers tries to be a bad girl and get regressed, but is mistaken for her more rebellious sister. Maybe they swap places so the one who wants diapers gets them, then eventually their deception is discovered and they both get diapers, or the diaper lover is tortured as her lazy disobedient sister gets the pampering and spanking she really wanted.

As a teacher myself, I would personally love for a character to be a teacher. Named Heather with B cup boobs, dirty blonde hair, and a landing strip of pubes. Her class is doing a project where they take care of babies and one day a spider or something startles her and she wets herself. 2 of her female students strip her and diaper her in front of the class and she becomes the class baby instead of the teacher and the school is so ashamed they replace her with someone else as the teacher and she gets reduced back to infancy and sent back to her mother to be re-raised.
