Added 2019-10-31 07:12:11 +0000 UTC My favorite idea was a costume mocking the spankee's former status... originally I really wanted to use the Purple Viper, but I developed a bigger idea from that I will get to in the next few months! Anyways, I know it's round 2 for Winnie this halloween, I just thought an adorable judge outfit was the way to go :)
I think you just may see Winnie thanking the 20 dollar patrons for November soon -- I think you may also see that gavel again in the same pic!
