Hello Tom, both works in this phrase. วันนี้คือวันจันทร์ or วันนี้เป็นวันจันทร์ but I think I'm more used to saying เป็นวันจันทร์.

2023-01-06 09:38:50 +0000 UTCIn the office worker diary series, you say วันนี้เป็นวันจันทร์ even though this feels like "equals". That is, today = Monday. So it seems to break the pattern. Any particular reason for that? Would it also be correct to use คือ in this context? i.e. วันนี้คือวันจันทร์ - or is เป็น always used?
